“I created this piece after a night spent at the GW encampment with students protesting the Gaza genocide. I was inspired by the Palestinian women who have grown the movement and continue to hold down our communities from the handful of us in my own college SJP nearly ten years ago to the hundreds gathered at GW and the millions across the world.”
